Meet three lovely ladies two of whom are school teachers working at an indigenous community 180kms south of Broome. The other is Jackie whom I worked with at The West Australian twelve months ago. Jackie was visiting her friends and taking in the sunny skies of Broome before flying out reluctantly late Sunday for rainy Perth. We thought the girls looked remarkably good considering a late night/morning out the night before.
On Saturday we drove 37kms to see Willie Creek Pearl Farm. Unfortunately so did many others so we weren’t able to go on a tour but stayed and enjoyed the impressive pearl farm set up.
We are reluctantly leaving Broome on Wednesday and are heading to 80 Mile Caravan Park for a few days and hopefully meeting with Masters Runners Pam and Steve Toohey.
