Thanks for the great advice about David’s shin splints/stress fracture as you know resting for a few days is not an option.We will take on board your suggestions. Seeing Uluru has been very motivating for David.
It has been a perfect 22-23c here in Yulara/Uluru and we have received heaps of encouragement from passersby.
I took time out to climb Uluru (left Dave on the road) but was too scared to get to the top so ended up coming down backwards then did an unfortunate slide down on my backside. Not a pretty sight.
Then in triumph, I shared in the success of other tourists enjoying a celebratory glass of champagne completely forgetting that I hadn’t actually got to the top. Thought about saying I had made it to the top, but then thought Dave might want to go up!
