Hi to you all
David is currently 25kms out of Uluru and is expecting to be at the base by 1pm today which even from this far out is a pretty awesome sight. In front of me now is the Olgas looming high above the road.
David was going to run around the base ( which is 9-11kms), but is doing it very tough at the moment with the painful shin splints on his right leg. He is hoping it will come better as it did on the Wheelbarrow Run to be able to still finish in a good time.
We have just finished talking to Sabastian from France who cycled from Adelaide and camps at the side of the road each night. He was telling us how much he enjoys the beauty of the Australia bush and Uluru. We found him very inspiring.
We have been only able to get internet access from three places (Erldunda, Curtin Springs and Uluru)
