We have finished reading the book you sent us and have used the ideas in it to change our eating and help influence others to change to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat and dairy. We have been surprised at how clean and attractive (Macdonald Ranges etc) Alice Springs is and able to see the Anzac Parade as it went through the main streets today.
