Rockhampton has an aboriginal heritage centre called Dreamtime. You can pay to come and walk around, but it’s best to go on a tour which is what we did last Monday. We learn’t so much from our tour guides and found the aboriginal history really interesting.
Another special person is Harry (pictured above with the yellow t-shirt and handlebar moustache). David spent a lot of time working out with Harry at Sam’s Bodyworks in Rockhampton. As you can see he’s a bit of a character and very likeable…we found him in the main shopping centre one lunchtime.Turns out it is his favourite place after his morning gym workout.
We also visited another of David’s friends(Narelle & Will Warner) from his modelling days at Diamonds and Pearls Model Agency in Rocky . Narelle and Will now live in a fabulous house with 360 views of the area and have four beautiful grandchildren. The Hummer is their latest passion.
