Hello Everyone
Now that we are so close to Sydney we are honing our plans for Dave’s final run in and are planning to have him run through ribbons of pink and blue and for supporters and friends to wear something pink and blue..
We have been advised that this Saturday is the start of the Sydney Festival so roads east of George Street will be closed and Dave’s start off point Saturday at Hyde Park will not be suitable.
It has been suggested that we start from Observatory Hill instead but I cannot confirm this until tomorrow. We are also hoping to have a local Sydneysider lead the way for Dave. (can’t have him getting lost on his last day)
Dave finished the day at the Narellan/Campelltown Interchange in very hot 34+cconditions.
