It won’t surprise you to learn that a new challenge is in the planning and is open to people wishing to join us whether it be running, cycling, or cooking.

Happy Australia Day!
We were fortunate to gain permission from the Manly Council to fund raise for Prostate and Breast Cancer at the exact spot in Manly where Dave finished his huge run on Australia Day.

After three fabulous days touring Sydney, Kuringai National Forest, Bondi and Maroubra Beaches and the beautiful northern beaches of Palm Beach, Avalon and Newport Maria has decided she has had enough of us and flew out last night at 8.20pm to Perth and then onto Southampton England later in the week.

Not far from where we are staying is the Kuringai National Forest which has some spectacular views of many golden beaches such as Palm Beach and beautiful bays.
This is where we took Maria for the day and later that night met in Manly with other friends from Cambridge England  Angie and Lou.
