After a cool, stormy start to the day, the weather in Hay has turned muggy.
Dave finished the day 150kms west of Narrandera after having run 38kms.
How is this! As if running with a wheelbarrow isn’t enough of a challenge, Dave is now doing a session of light weights after his run each day.
A surprise meeting with Jackie (friend of Judy and Helen Stevens) in the Hay Post Office today. Unfortunately Dave was out running and was disappointed when we were unable to meet with Jackie later. We are at the Hay Big Four Caravan Park – Jo’s mobile 0411 747 022
