Shame about late start but you have plenty of time to get better. Tell Dad to keep safe on the roads and make sure you put the wheelbarrow somewhere safe at night so it does not get pinched. Dad looks in good shape in those tights. Tell him I will be going for a long run on Sunday to support Dad - going to run as far as I can heading towards Lincoln from Grimsby.
